Meet Michael Hammond... Founder of Synergy BD Ltd.

Prior to starting up Synergy BD, Michael worked as Sales Director of MSD Food Solutions (Est. 2022). Partnering with challenger food and drink manufacturing brands in the FMCG world on their journey to achieving brand recognition and ultimately retail success. Following on from this success as MSD Food Solutions; Synergy BD was formed (Est.2024) and continues to offer the same level of commitment across multiple industries.

Michael holds Bsc in Architectural Technology and a Msc in Town Planning. With a combined experience in Management, Consultancy and Business Development positions of over 15 years. Along with high level sales qualifications and training including an IT Technical Sales Apprenticeship Level 3 from BCS -The Chartered Institute for IT.

"I love football and the English countryside. I am a huge foodie and love to try different cuisines from around the world. My favourite place to relax is Buttermere in the Lake District. In my professional career I love getting to know Founders and their businesses. I get very excited when listening to a start up story and learning about the fundamentals of a business and its mission. I enjoy it even more if Synergy can be part of making that mission a success!"
